Our current services include primary and acute care, aesthetic services, hormone therapy, and medication-assisted weight management for women of ages.
As a board certified autonomous nurse practitioner, Trina can facilitate all aspects of laboratory and diagnostic imaging, referrals, and medication management and refills.

I am a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Licensed Aesthetician, and Adjunct Clinical Instructor with a diverse background in healthcare that spans veterinary medicine, laboratory medicine, nursing, advanced practice, women’s health, wellness, and aesthetics.
My journey into healthcare began with my early experience in veterinary medicine and laboratory medicine, where I developed a strong foundation in science, observation, attention to detail, and compassionate care. Those experiences became the foundation for my career in nursing and ultimately led me to earn my Master of Science in Nursing and become an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.
Throughout my nursing and advanced practice career, I have had the privilege of caring for patients with a wide variety of healthcare needs. I believe excellent healthcare begins with listening, understanding the individual, and treating the whole person—not simply a diagnosis or a symptom.
My passion for women’s health, wellness, skin health, and aesthetics eventually led me to establish Wellness On Wedgewood Advanced Aesthetics & Women’s Health. My goal is to provide personalized, professional care in a comfortable environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their healthcare decisions.
I also have a passion for education and enjoy serving as an adjunct clinical instructor, mentoring nursing students and helping prepare the next generation of nurses to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
The Person Behind the Provider
Outside of healthcare, I am a wife, lifelong animal lover, and rancher. I have been married to my husband, Keith, for 27 years, and together we have built a life centered around family, hard work, and our shared love of the country.
My family and I raise cattle on our family farm, and I have been connected to the ranching and rodeo lifestyle from a young age. I grew up competing in rodeo, an experience that taught me discipline, courage, determination, resilience, and the importance of getting back up when life knocks you down.
Those lessons have stayed with me throughout my life and career.
From veterinary and laboratory medicine to nursing, advanced practice, aesthetics, teaching, ranching, and rodeo, every chapter of my life has helped shape who I am today.
My Philosophy
